Shirley Roll Romer Bertram, 81, formerly of Monaca, danced her way through life and into Heaven on Monday, July 31, 2017.Born and raised in Beaver, Shirley was the daughter of the late Albert D. and Beatrice Roll. Her interests included oil painting, quilting which she made numerous blankets for Project Linus, golfing, bowling, and gardening. Shirley was a member of the Saxon Club and American Legion Post # 580, both of Monaca and the APA Pool League. She was a 1953 graduate of Beaver High School.She leaves three daughters, Deborah (Gary) Kunder of Rochester, Valarie Anderson of Kerens, Texas, and Patricia (John) Stepek of Monaca, grandchildren; Gary Kunder, Jr., Matthew Kunder, Staci (Chance) Massey, Shirley (Adrian Deshon) Carter, and Jake (Jareka) Anderson, seven greatgrandchildren; Xavier Kunder, Ava and Easton Massey, Isiah and Kace Carter, Audrey and Harlyn Anderson, and her sister, Beatrice Cooper of Brighton Township, also multiple nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by first husband, Carl Romer, her second husband George Bertram, Jr. who was the love of her life; her sisters, Thelma (Mark) Edmiston, Verna G. Roll, Billie (Willard) Bradshaw, a brother Albert D.
