Walter ‘Buck’. Iser, 81 of Monaca was reunited with his beloved wife, Patricia on Saturday, June 3, 2017. His passing occurred at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver.Born June 23, 1935, he was a son of the late Walter and Dorothy Iser. Raised in West Virginia, Buck moved to Beaver County in his early twenties and gained employed with Phoenix Glass in Monaca where he remained until his retirement. Buck also worked for Rhodes Transit for the past 10 years transporting school students.He was a member of the American Legion Post #580, Monaca S.O.I., Beaver Valley Sportsman’s Club and the Monaca Saxons. Some of his favorite past times were shooting pool, playing shuffle board, pitching horse shoes, walking, being in the outdoors and sitting along the river bank.In addition to his parents and wife, Buck was preceded in death by eight siblings.He leaves four children: Kay (Roger) Stout, Steve Iser, James (Darlene) Iser and Carol (Les) Nicol, 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and a sister, Agnes Milliser.Friends will be received on Thursday, June 8^th for a memorial visitation from 6 pm until the time of services at 8 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.
