i was one of the oldest grandaughters in the Winkle family. So when babies were born I went to stay when Aunts came home from hospital. I stayed with Anna when Billy was born. We all know him mostly by nickname JR. He was also called BBOP Baby. When music played he was bopping to the beat. He was a beautiful baby and grew to become a very handsome young man. I not only was his cousin but also worked with Bliiy for many years. When we were at GM, I cleaned the guys lunch room and took off my rings and laid them on a bench. When I was done I went back to the office not remembering I left my rings. At the end of the day Billy came into office with all my rings on his fingers and said you like my new look. I was so happy that he saw them and brought them to me. I have worked with him at Aliquippa Terminals for over 10 years. When he came to the office he would tell me about Harley. He took her to Father and Daughter dance and all her friends were saying Wow your Dad is so young and good looking! He loves Harley so much. When we talked on Thursday Jan 24th I asked how he was and how Harley was doing. H e said he had do get on here about her grades in school. He will be missed by everyone at work. He was a good guy and loved by all. Love you Billy Boy!!

I remember when I was around 17 and Bill was around 20. Bill got it into his head to cut the top off of a Nissan to covert it into our own personal dune buggy.. I think maybe Lou, me, Mark. Ricky, and Wayney all piled in. It's late at night and our stupid asses are full throttle flying across the grown fields behind our house in New Galilee. I thought we were going to hit a ditch and we'd all go flying out. Bill was good at scaring the shit out of me back then but I loved it and wouldn't want it any other way!

I remember when me and him would go out just the two of us to the bars together. Him hoping to meet a girl and me hoping to get lucky too. Well ofcourse people thought we were a couple so we used to joke that we need to get matching t-shirts that says not with him. Not with her. Lol to think, we were cock blocking each other! Lmao!
