Jacque was born and raised in Monaca, PA, and graduated from Garfield Business Institute with a business degree. She retired from Michael Baker International in 2018 where she was an administrative assistant and attends Aliquippa Christian Assembly.

In her leisure time, Jacque enjoys spending time with family and friends around her pool, reading, listening to music, and attending church at every opportunity.
