Kathy hails from Bemus Point, NY where she graduated from Houghton College in Houghton, NY with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and Psychology. She is a member of the Monacrest Free Methodist Church where she is the current administrator.

Kathy is married to Rev. Douglas Rabe. The couple has three children and four grandchildren.
